Guy has loved working with teens ever since he was a teenager himself in Hatzofim Youth Movement in Haifa, Israel. Guy oversees the overall operations and also makes sure there is always food and plenty of it! Guy is a former Israeli Navy Officer, a co-founder of a non-profit private school in Croton-on-Hudson and a veteran teacher and curriculum developer and has worked in many NY synagogues and JCCs. Aviva works with J-Teen’s youth leaders and participants to create and run local community service projects and develop their leadership skills. While on projects, she can be found bouncing around, spreading her infectious joy and enthusiasm. Prior to J-Teen, Aviva was at the Abraham Joshua Heschel High School where she designed and implemented the school’s experiential Jewish programming . She holds an MA in Jewish Education from JTS and a BA in Public Communications from American University. Aviva is thrilled to be on the J-Teen Leadership team! Contact Aviva.

Ronnie wears many hats at J-Teen Leadership- everything from managing the budget, processing registration forms, keeping track of community service hours, creating flyers, producing the electronic newsletter and more! Ronnie has been a passionate artist since the age of two and enjoys time spent in her studio. She is also the parent of an equally passionate J-Teen teen! Ronnie holds a BA from Colgate University, a BFA in Communication Design from Parsons School of Design and an MBA in Marketing from NYU Stern School of Business. Contact Ronnie.
