Guy Felixbrodt
Executive Director
Guy has loved working with teens ever since he was a teenager himself in Hatzofim Youth Movement in Haifa, Israel. Guy oversees the overall operations and also makes sure there is always food and plenty of it! Guy is a former Israeli Navy Officer, a co-founder of a non-profit private school in Croton-on-Hudson and a veteran teacher and curriculum developer and has worked in many NY synagogues and JCCs. Guy is very passionate about his work with J-Teen and the multiple opportunities to make this world a better place- Tikun Olam. Contact felixbrodtg@ujafedny.org, 914-385-2132.
Katie Lipson
Leadership Coach
Katie works with J-Teen’s youth leaders and participants to create and run local community service projects and develop their leadership skills. Katie has been involved in Jewish Education for over 10 years, at literally every stage - from teaching in a bilingual preschool in Jerusalem, to recruiting high school and college students to study abroad at the Hebrew University. Working at Camp Havaya, Katie had the opportunity to work closely with high school seniors while running the CIT leadership program. Katie was drawn to J-Teen Leadership for its unique ability to connect the teens to Judaism in an active way and is excited to be apart of the J-Teen Leadership team!
